RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges must be postmarked no later than 14 days after you received your package. Items must not be worn, altered, or washed. Items must be returned with tags attached, in original packaging, with a copy of receipt or proof of purchase. 

Without all of the above, you will not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

*Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN

Domestic Returns

  1. Please contact returns@bytsang.com to initiate the return/exchange.
  2. Pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you. Please note $15 will be deducted from the refund for shipping and restocking fee.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.

International Returns

Customer is responsible for the shipping fee and/or additional costs incurred from shipment. The order can be sent back using your carrier of choice. byTSANG is not responsible for any items lost during returns. As such, we suggest you purchase insurance and tracking services for your return. Then send us an email at returns@bytsang.com with your byTSANG order number and your package tracking information.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different color or size, simply return your first purchase (steps are listed above), then place a second order for the garment in your desired fit and color. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship securely with tracking information. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, or packages delivered to the wrong address (if the address matches your order).
